Terms and Conditions

No person under the age of 18 years may purchase goods and services.

We are:
AibosnStuff.co.uk
Our address is:
31 Congleton Road. Biddulph, Staffs, ST8 6DY UK

You are: a visitor to Our Web Site.

1. Definitions
In this agreement:
"Our Web Site" means the entire computing hardware and software installation that is or supports Our Web Site.
"Goods and Services" means any of the goods and services we offer for sale on our web site
"Content" means information in any form published on Our Web Site by us or any third party with our consent.

2. Our contract with you
These terms and conditions apply:
- so far as the context allows, to you as a visitor to Our Web Site; and
- in any event to you as a buyer or prospective buyer of our Goods and Services

Goods and Services advertised may not be available.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have decided to cancelled the order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following.
1 - The products you ordered being unavailable from stock.
2 - Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
3 - The identification of a pricing or product description error.
4 - You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in Terms and Conditions.

We may change these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to you are those posted here on Our Web Site on the day you order Goods and Services. It may be useful to print a copy now.

Where we provide a service without specific charge, then it is deemed to be provided free of charge, and not to be associated with any other service for which a charge is made. Accordingly, there is no contractual nor other obligation upon us in respect of any such service.

3. Shipping and Returns

Product Availability and Delivery:

Goods are generally dispatched within 7 working days of payment clearance. Customers within the mainland United Kingdom will receive our Standard Delivery service Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed next working day delivery.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will get hold of it as quickly as possible, and when we receive it will send it to you via the standard 2-4 working day delivery service. Our web site is regularly updated throughout the day, to ensure that we provide accurate details. However, we cannot guarantee availability. Orders may be subject to change. We will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case. If the new delivery date is unacceptable to you, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for whatever reason.

For security reasons we can only deliver to the cardholders/account holders address.

Customers within the mainland United Kingdom will receive Standard Delivery (2-4 working days, if items in stock).

If you place an especially high-value order we reserve the right to contact you for further confirmation of your order details, prior to authorisation.

For security reasons we will only deliver to the cardholders/account holders address.
Post and Packing

For security reasons we will only ever use trackable delivery methods and ones that require signature on delivery.

When you receive the Product you must inspect it for any defects or non-conformity within 14 days. After this period, you will have accepted the Product.

If your goods fail to arrive within 7 days of dispatch (UK only) please contact us and we will investigate. If your goods fail to arrive within 28 days of dispatch, you will have the option of a full refund or a replacement shipment.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or dispatch new goods as soon as possible after original goods have been returned at customer's cost and inspected by us. There are some exceptions to this. See our full returns policy for more detail.

Customers outside the UK:

All orders from non-UK addresses must contact sales before ordering. We reserve the right to cancel any non-UK orders for any reason.

Please note that your card is not charged immediately.

SHIPPING COSTS - IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.

We are very happy to ship internationally. You are responsible for any customs or import fees, if any. We can not calculate those for you, you must check locally.

It is extremely difficult to be able to calculate accurate shipping quotes for international shipments. For example courier’s prices may be based on either the volume (size) or the weight of the order. Insurance prices will vary with the value of the item and so on.

At the time you place your order, shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the order price, not the weight, so some shipping prices will not be accurate.

We will contact you by email within 24 hours with ACTUAL shipping costs.

You will need to take no further action.

We will process your order with the new ACTUAL shipping cost NO SOONER THAN 48 hours after you place your order.

This is to give you time to let us know if you want to cancel your order if you believe the actual shipping costs are too high.

If you are still unsure about this or want to know more, email us.

4. Price and Payment

Banking charges by the receiving bank on payments to us will be borne by us. All other charges relating to payment in a currency other than pounds Sterling will be borne by you.
Any details given by us in relation to exchange rates are approximate only and may vary from time to time.
You will pay all sums due to us under these terms by the means specified without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim.

5. Information you give us
You agree that you have provided, and will continue to provide accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself. We need this information to provide you with the Goods and Services.

6. Returns and cancellations

We offer a very simple and straightforward returns policy

Cancellation (before dispatch)

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the products are dispatched, without charge.
If you would like to cancel your online order for any reason, please be aware that we charge a 5% administration fee which will cover us for the cost of any credit card transactions.

Cancellation and return (after dispatch)

Once the products have been dispatched to you, you may return any product sold as new to us for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) subject to the following terms and conditions:

* Written contact with us must be made within 7 working days of receipt of the order. Email will suffice.
* Returned items must be in stock condition - unmarked, unopened and undamaged. All factory seals must be intact.
* You are responsible for shipping product back to us, we suggest using insured and traceable services

Exceptions

The exceptions to this are

- all software supplied if it is unsealed by you
any memory stick supplied if it is unsealed by you

- Incompatible goods:

Manufacturers do not guarantee compatibility with 3rd party hardware. If a product is found to be incompatible with other equipment, but is not itself faulty then we would not be able to accept it back. We do not offer a trial period on purchases.

Faulty or damaged goods

Some pre-owned Aibos may have slight cosmetic damage, for example surface scratches where the Aibo has wandered. This is normal and to be expected and as such would not be classed as damage or fault. You may request close up images for prior approval of any Aibo to be dispatched to you.

For new products that are faulty the unit would fall under manufacturer's warranty. In these cases we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly. They will replace or repair the faulty product as needed. If you do not wish to deal directly with the manufacturer, you are within your rights to return the product to us; however, in these circumstances we would simply forward the faulty product on to the manufacturer for repair on your behalf. It is therefore much quicker for you to approach the manufacturer directly. Manufacturer's contact details are supplied with the documents that accompany the sealed item.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any contract between you and us, then you agree to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in good faith with us in a process of mediation before commencing arbitration or litigation.

15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England. This agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby expressly excluded.

16. Force majeure
